窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在防治儿童龋齿中的效果研究(1)
[摘要]目的：探討窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在儿童龋齿防治中的效果。方法：选取2015年10月-2017年10月来笔者医院进行口腔保健的80例龋齿患儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法进行分组，对照组：40例(83颗)，采用窝沟封闭术;观察组：40例(83颗)，采用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆，两组儿童均随访2年。观察并记录两组儿童龋齿、邻面龋发生率、龋面均值及预防后6个月、1年、2年封闭剂保存情况。结果：观察组儿童龋齿、邻面龋发病率为7.50%、2.50%，显著低于对照组的27.50%、22.50%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组儿童龋面均值显著降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预防后1年、2年，观察组儿童封闭剂总脱落率(0.00%、5.00%)显著低于对照组(10.00%、17.50%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆可显著降低龋齿及邻面龋齿的发生率，减少龋面均值，降低封闭剂脱落率，对龋齿的预防效果显著，美容价值高。

Abstract： Objective To explore the cosmetic value of pit and fissure closure combined with fluoride protective lacquer in the treatment of children's dental caries. Results The incidence of dental caries and adjacent caries in the observation group (7.50%， 2.50%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (27.50%， 22.50%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group， the mean value of children's caries in the observation group was significantly reduced， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). One year and two years after prevention， the total dropout rate of the blocking agent in the observation group (0.00%， 5.00%) was significantly lower than in the control group (10.00%， 17.50%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
