[摘要]自体脂肪移植(AFG)在改善乳腺癌术后的不对称性方面取得了令人满意的临床结果，为常见的整形手术。然而，对这种术式的肿瘤安全性仍然是争论的一个热点话题，多项实验研究表明脂肪细胞通过内分泌、旁分泌、自分泌途径释放调控因子，刺激乳腺癌细胞生长，但现有的临床证据并没有明确AFG和癌症复发之间的关系。本文通过系统性回顾实验研究和临床数据，对自体脂肪移植的肿瘤学安全性进行讨论，并为有移植意愿的患者提出建议。
