[摘要]作为修复面颈部损伤的最常用皮瓣之一，额部皮瓣因其血供丰富、毗邻受区、色泽和质地良好等解剖优势，被广泛用于面颈部瘢痕、色素痣、肿瘤等皮损术后的修复及鼻、眼睑等器官的再造。随着与软组织扩张、皮瓣延迟、皮瓣预构及显微外科等技术的联合运用，额部皮瓣临床适应证更广，手术技巧更丰富多样。本文就额部皮瓣的临床应用技巧及相关适应证做一综述。
